The monograph is written on the basis of many years of field sociological research of the authors, as well as on their experience in teaching the quality methods of various educational and professional groups of sociologists. This work contains the main ideas about the theory and practice of qualitative research methods. The procedures for designing all cycles of qualitative research on the basis of the methodology of "double reflexivity", as well as the practice of creating a research group by the "long table, are described in detail. Numerous specific examples of deep interviews, observations, the method of "open group discussions", various methods of analytical and methodological triangulation, accompanied by methodological comments are given. For the first time, the issues of creating a special training system for field researchers - "training of double reflection" and the prevention of professional burnout of a sociologist "in the field" are considered.
