This book is the first in a series of books devoted to answers to questions of an important and integral component of health or not human health - psychosomatics. More and more specialists of medical, sanitary, and the basis of the work of “new German medicine” of Dr. Hamer are taken as the basis of work. The knowledge and achievements of his French and Spanish followers are given: Claude Subba in "Total Biology", Christian Flash, Angheles Wolder and Enrique Buron in "biological decoding", each in its own direction of Hamer, and the language of language available to me.

The first part of the book reveals the stages of a person’s life, with which, mandatory, psychosomatics and bio -psychotherapy work - the direction of therapy, which appeared on the basis of psychosomatics, taking into account the emotional and mental nature of any symptom of the body. A list of key beliefs recommended for consideration and revision is given.
The second part of the book briefly sets out the basic meanings of symptoms for the body systems and each system gives its own series of exercises for self -healing and effective assistance in consultation.
Continuations of this introductory book will be collections for working with symptoms for trained specialists, as well as more specialized publications in groups of diseases
