The book is devoted to the most socially significant personality disorders - psychopathies, the "biographical stories of the disease" I. V. Stalin, L. D. Trotsky, L. P. Beria, A. Hitler are considered. Along with the analysis of literary data, the book is based on the clinic study of personal disorders, carried out by the authors for 40 years of their work in clinics, neuropsychiatric dispensaries, cabinets of neurosis, and general somatic medical institutions.
