The monograph is devoted to the acute problem of modern civilization - suicidal terrorism as one of the main forms of international terrorism in the 21st century. In the work, a systemic theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem was carried out.
Analysis of the ideological and religious grounds for the motivation of suicidal terrorism - the ideology of global jihad. The problem of the internationalization of suicidal terrorism is considered. Analysis was carried out by countering suicidal terrorism from the standpoint of social psychology, especially the strategic role of psychological operations in the fight against this "disease of the third millennium." In conclusion, the problem of the democratization of the Islamic world and the principles of global counteracting terrorism in modern conditions were considered.
The book is primarily addressed to specialists - psychologists, sociologists, political scientists. It will be useful for law enforcement agencies, teachers, graduate students and students of psychological and sociological faculties of universities, as well as for the psychological training of students of law enforcement agencies
