Self -reproductive behavior is a wide concept that covers different forms and methods of damage to your own body. In recent decades, these phenomena have begun to be noted not only in clinical populations, which were originally associated, but also massively spread among adolescents and youth, which led to statements about the "epidemic" of self -aggravating behavior. In the book, this problem is considered in the context of clinical psychology and psychology of development, psychiatry, cultural and social anthropology. Different models of self -reproductive behavior are presented. A number of important problems associated with its causes, functions and manifestations are considered. Theoretically and empirically studied the gender -age, social and psychological factors of self -reproductive behavior.
