The collective monograph presents relevant theoretical approaches and empirical studies in the field of self -regulation psychology. The monograph consists of seven parts, including 22 chapters.
In the 1st part, the evolution of theoretical approaches is shown and modern ideas about the mental self-regulation of man in various scientific paradigms are revealed. Part 2
is devoted to understanding the role of conscious self -regulation in the system of predictors of academic achievements and well -being of students of various levels of learning. Part 3 presents studies of cognitive aspects of self -regulation in preschool age. Part 4 outlines the results of clinical-physiological and psychological and pedagogical studies of the regulatory characteristics of children with mental retardation (ZPR) In parts 5 and 6, studies of conscious self-regulation are outlined in the conditions of various contextual factors: the influence of the educational environment, situations of cross-cultural interaction, etc
