The book unites the cultural -historical, psychological and empirical analysis of laziness in all significant life contexts of the individual. Laziness is represented in a semantic context, in the context of activity, social law of behavior and personal self -regulation. In all cases, laziness is manifested as a limitation of activity caused by the desire to do nothing. The author revealed different types of laziness, combining the refusal of activity, getting pleasure and personal self -regulation: hedonistic, angodonistic, situational, personality -regulated, difficult, overcome by entertainment.
