The main purpose of the textbook is the intensification of the educational process, the activation of the cognitive activity of students, the improvement of the methodological work of teachers. The manual illustrates and explains the methodological, theoretical, applied problems of psychological science in relation to law enforcement. In addition, it sets out the essence of basic laws, principles, categories and psychological concepts, revealing their inseparable interconnection with the professional activities of a police officer. Each chapter begins with installation recommendations and ends with a brief psychological workshop to consolidate the knowledge gained. In the last section of the book, bibliographic sources are indicated and a brief terminological dictionary is given.
