The name "Sutra" for our philosophical and psychological essays was chosen by chance. These are not scientific articles with numerous links to literary sources, with evidence and refutations, with the analysis of experimental data and statistical calculations. What we are talking about is the totality of philosophical and theoretical principles that are of great practical significance. These principles are constantly used by me as a practical psychologist to provide psychological assistance, they make it possible to very simply explain a lot of psychological problems and difficulties that a modern person faces. They allow you to explain many errors and mistakes of the past that cost us dearly. They can help more correctly build their life path, find a loved one and achieve happiness. These principles constantly find confirmation in psychotherapeutic practice, mine and my students. They are consistent with famous theories in the field of psychology and with common sense, which was too often violated in the science of psychology, so important for each person. These sutras are not religious sermons, do not conflict with Orthodoxy, nor with Buddhism, or with other great teachings. On the contrary, they pave the way between spiritual and philosophical ideas and psychological theories and show the practical importance of both. All this is very serious, but with humor, as well as the numerous aphorisms I created.
This book can be useful not only to psychologists and students of psychological universities, but also by the widest audience who is interested in the relations of men and women, personality and society, the nature of the psyche, how to achieve happiness, and what is consciousness.
Compared to the previous edition, 6 chapters were added: "Sutra of ignorance", "Sutra about the return of emotional investments", "Sutra on how a woman can protect herself" (this is an addition to the sutra about femininity and masculinity), "Sutra about power and love", "Sutra about self -pity" and a wreath of sonnets called "River". In addition, the "Sutra of schizophrenia" is updated and expanded, about 50 aphorisms have been added.
2nd edition, corrected and supplemented
