This volume continues the publication of the thematic collected works of the maestro of domestic psychology, the ordinary professor of the National Research University Higher School of Economics Vladimir Petrovich Zinchenko (1931-2014) The book includes articles published in the journal Questions of Psychology from 1956 to 2013. This magazine was and remains the flagship of domestic psychological periodicals, and Vladimir Petrovich published his articles in it from the beginning to the end of the scientific career. A separate edition of these articles allows you to see the whole path of the formation and development of a scientist who worked at different periods of social transformations in our country and defended the continuity of the best traditions. It includes his studies of perception and action, the formation of a visual image (including in the context of visual culture), short -term memory, psychology of objective and motor action, structure and functions of consciousness, psychology of intuition and creativity, and development psychology. A separate section is devoted to the memory of prominent Russian scientists, teachers and friends who influenced the worldview of Vladimir Petrovich. The book (in whole or in part) will be interesting for psychologists, teachers, philosophers and cultural figures
