The methodological manual is intended for use by coaches, athletes of highly qualified and parents of young athletes. First of all, this applies to artistic sports, such as sports ballroom dancing, acrobatic rock and roll, figure skating, rhythmic gymnastics. The author examines the psychological aspects of the technical, physical, tactical training and biological support of athletes as part of a comprehensive approach in training activities. A separate chapter is devoted to the problem of pre -sample states and methods of their correction.
