The leadership reflects the scientific and practical views of representatives of the Leningrad (St. Petersburg) child-teenage psychiatry, and most authors of the publication are supporters of the school of an outstanding scientist and practice, one of the founders of child psychiatry of Leningrad (St. Petersburg), Professor S. S. Mnukhin.
