Professional career as a socio-psychological phenomenon

The space and time are considered - the outwardly given conditions of the professional career of a person, reflected in its dynamics, in professional and personal self -realization. It is discussed how time (objective lifestyle) and space (real living conditions) "are refracted" in the career of a person, what is the role of space (physical, social) in the duration of the time cycles of career, what is the role of the subject in turning the subject to one or another conditions of space. The influence of space and time on a person’s career was studied by describing and analyzing the tires of the temporal characteristics of a professional career (THPK) with socio-demographic and professional-dusty features of subjects, effects of a conjugated professional career (SPK) and the dynamics of mental performance (URS) Manifestations of the general, special and single were studied in terms of determining the professional career as a whole, the success of the joint activities of subjects (on the example of educational academic performance and the dynamics of the professionalism of representatives of different professions), and mental performance. It was revealed how the patterns of TKPK, SPK and the dynamics of URS are specifically manifested in different professional samples and how they are associated with the success of subjects
