My friend and colleague Karen Rafaalovich Kamalov constantly reproaches me that so far I have not written a book about the methodology of "7 radicals" for business. The reproach not quite deserved by me, since in 2008, the AST -Olympus publishing house has been published by my book with the name "Practical characterology, or how to manage other people"s behavior. It was oriented, first of all, to representatives of the world of business - managers, sellers, entrepreneurs. And the examples in it were mainly contained from the practice of business communication.
Apparently, nevertheless, something was not enough in her business. Maybe utilitarianism: how much and how can you earn using this technique? What is the best way to integrate it into well -known sales technologies? How to use it with the help of promising work, to spur lagging and dismiss hopeless employees? How to persuade the opponent to accept the right point of view? Of course, there was something on these burning topics in that book. But, judging by the sluggish reaction of the business community and the ongoing reproaches of friends, it is not enough.
Write a book for business - "Business awaits" ... I imagine a pink -cheeked puzan with still infant, unstructured thinking, but with a well -developed grave reflex. Everything that he sees what he can reach, he sends into his mouth and chews deliciously, periodically regurgents. Give him a book like a donut in chocolate glaze, so that he ate and add even more in weight? To be honest, I don"t want to.
Is it not better to first try to grow a person from him? To inspire him, business, a sense of responsibility for the world that let him into himself, discover the simple truth: we are all people, and without each other we are nothing, and we must learn to increase our common
vitality, to comprehend the study of cooperation, and not vulgar to manipulate us?
Not with a "business" I would like to talk, but with a person. And it doesn’t matter what exactly this person does - produces, sells, heals, provides services, teaches or studies. The main thing is that it exists among people, and it would be nice for him to know himself and others in order to be more confident, not to be afraid of life, communication, which means to be more tolerant and kinder.
