This monograph reflects the results of interdisciplinary research devoted to valeological problems of the influence of the multimodal polycodation environment of the Internet on the transformation of cognitive, psycho- and neurophysiological characteristics of the reaction of the Internet users, in particular young people. Internet communication is considered as a complex of multimodal polycodic stressors that have a multi-channel effect on its users.
The proposed approach helps to expand our idea of the state of a modern human ecosystem, which includes its involvement in Internet communication, which largely negatively affects its health and psyche.
