The book consistently realizes a physical approach to various aspects of the behavior of a living organism. Mark Latash offers a new definition of living systems, analyzes such basic concepts of physiology of movements as "redundancy" and "uncertainty", "stability" and "synergy", describes in detail the hypothesis of the equilibrium point, an uncontrolled diversity and other issues.
