The theory of an open meeting and the subsequent movement of the meeting in America is one of the most contradictory in the history of world therapeutic practice. Wille Schutsu managed to formulate a simple truth, which was the basis of the work of the meeting group - the person himself is responsible for what is happening or not happening with him - and the participants transferred this truth to their daily lives. And for many it solved many problems. As well as the realization that the most accurate mirror reflecting our thoughts, relationships, experiences is our body. It speaks much more than words (or is silent when we speak) - chronic pain, tension, discomfort, etc. Take responsibility for yourself, learn to hear and listen to your body - and much will become easier and more understandable to you. Transferring responsibility to someone else, ignoring the signals of the body, you make yourself weaker and "bury ”your potential - as a member of the group, relationships, and just as a person.
