The book examines classical and modern ideas about neurosis, presents the history of ideas in this area of behavior sciences, contain original information about pathophysiology and the clinic of neurosis, information is given about the main compensatory mechanisms of the child’s brain, as well as a look at neurotic disorders from the point of view of phenomenology. The doctrine of stress is discussed in detail, including its natural-scientific foundations and the importance of stressology for behavior sciences.
The authors provide their own data on behavioral violations in borderline mental disorders. For the first time in the expanded form, the author’s original stressful concept of neurosis as pre -zero distressed typical patterns of behavior and the associated gradation of drug addiction and toxicomanias is given. In this regard, in a separate section of the book, a comprehensive characteristic of the metabolic and immunoendocrine conditionality of human behavior is given, information is given about the corresponding aspects of the pathogenesis of mental and neurotic disorders.
In the demonstration form, interesting stories of children"s diseases are presented, bright clinical examples are given to understand the main psychological component of a particular disorder.
