Kay Peterson is the founder of the Institute for Empirical Learning, which is engaged in the development of empirical training practices. It is also the founder and one of the directors of Harlan Peterson Partners, which provides services in the field of organizational development and coaching for managers. Kay uses the concept of empirical learning to develop leadership potential, increase the efficiency of working teams and create self -learning organizations.
As a consultant, she worked with employees and companies from the health care, jurisprudence, finance, management, engineering, IT, education, professional services, as well as with non -profit organizations their teams.
Kay received a bachelor"s degree at the University of Vanderbilt, the degree of a master of technical sciences in the field of positive organizational development and MVA at the University of Case Western Reserve.
David Kolb - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Experience Based Learning Systems (EBLS), which he founded in 1980 to organize promising research and develop practical solutions in the field of empirical training.
