"I and we", "we and me". Art albums and a methodological manual for family counseling

A set of materials (two art albums and a methodological manual) is designed to advise adolescents and their parents. In the process of counseling, one of the parents and a teenager simultaneously fill each album, sometimes working individually, sometimes jointly and discussing creative work. Joint activity, discussion of the results of creativity contribute to the deepening of mutual understanding between adolescents and parents, allow them to get to know each other better, feel like partners.
The main goal of the set "I and We" is the prevention and resolution of conflicts between adolescents and their parents. Getting acquainted with constructive communication skills and self -regulation techniques, a teenager and parent will be able to learn to better understand each other, overcome conflicts. In the future, a teenager and an adult can use the experience gained in communication with other people - relatives, friends, colleagues
