About the author
Mark Gowlston is a psychiatrist specializing in the field of business. At the beginning of his career, he worked with personalities prone to suicide and violence. This allowed him to create a course of training of negotiators for the police and the FBI.
Based on his own experience, he developed the ability to convince any people, and the methods used by him formed the basis of the book "I hear you through and through."
Over the past 25 years, Dr. Gowlston worked with organizations of various levels and profiles, teaching employees to develop the skills of listening, belief and destruction of "bunkers".
