Chronicles of healing "is an unusual book that Irwin Yalom wrote not alone, but in co -authorship. Ginny Elkin is a pseudonym for a young writer who was diagnosed with schizophrenia. After unsuccessful group therapy classes, she begins an individual course of treatment under the direction of Dr. Yalom. "Chronicles of healing" are the diaries of a patient and a psychotherapist, in which they describe their thoughts and feelings in detail.
