The training manual presents materials set forth in the cycles of lectures and seminars by specialists of the Italian Institute of micropsychoanization in cooperation with the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis. All authors are teaching analysts of the Italian and Swiss institutes of micropsychoanalysis and the International Society of Micopsychoanalysis. The basic theoretical and clinical issues of micropsychiasis as a continuation of the ideas of Sigmund Freud are presented, the features of micropsychoanalytic technology, practical aspects of diagnosis, evaluating and treatment of disorders most common in the work of the micropsychoanalyst are presented. On the clinical material presented in the book, the authors show the course of long sessions in micropsychoanalysis, the use of technical instruments and the original micropsychoanalytic approach to therapy of various mental disorders, such as neurosis, psychosomatic diseases, dysfunctional relations of mother/child, dosage of food behavior and sexual identity. Particular attention is paid to the concept of trauma and its intercolar dynamics, the consideration of intrauterine relations between the mother and the fetus, transformations in the therapeutic process taking place in the relations of transfer and counter -transperture, as well as creative movements in micropsychoanalysis.
