Emotionally-shaped therapy is a new domestic method of psychotherapy, belonging to the psychodynamic direction. The target of this method is chronic negative emotional states. Since all feelings are experienced in the body and correlate with somatic symptoms, working with the images of these somatic states allows us to realize the psychological causes of a particular psychosomatic symptom, as well as effectively solve psychosomatic problems themselves. The book reflects many years of experience in applying techniques and methods of emotional-figurative therapy in working with psychosomatic problems. The book can be considered as a textbook designed, first of all, for psychologists who are followers of the EC method
