The manual presents many years of experience of authors with children with emotional disorders. The basic principles of diagnosis of emotional disorders in children are considered. The first chapter gives a general idea of the structure of the system of emotional regulation, the phenomena of affective disorders are distributed by levels. In the second and third chapters, a methodology for diagnosing emotional disorders in children is presented. Two main lines of diagnosis were identified: features, age dynamics of the main neoplasms of the emotional sphere and the state and dynamics of the emotional regulation of the child. As an illustration in the fourth chapter, examples of diagnostics of the development of children with severe disorders of emotional regulation are dismantled.
