The monograph is devoted to a little -studied problem - personal regulation of aggressive behavior. Theoretical and applied aspects of the problem of the relationship of conscious self -regulation and aggressive behavior are considered. The influence of cross-cultural factors on the process of self-regulation of aggressive behavior is revealed.
The material of empirical studies of regulatory mechanisms in subjects of professional pedagogical activity is generalized.
The types of teachers are characterized, taking into account the structure of the relationship of self -regulation and aggression.
