The textbook is based on a systemic concept of conflicts, developed over the past 25 years by A.Ya. Antsupov together with A.I. Shipilov, S.L. Proshanov, V.V. Kovalev and S.V. Baklanovsky. The core of this concept is the result of a systemic analysis of conflicts. Four universal types of system analysis were used: system-structural, systemic-functional, system-genetic and systemic-informational. In the interests of the study, three more types of system analysis were developed and applied: system-maintaining, interdisciplinary and systemic-sympathetic. On the Office of the study of 3000 real interpersonal conflicts in organization, as well as as a result of the analysis of all the basic achievements of domestic conflictology, six of its principles were formulated: interdisciplinaryness, continuity, evolutionary, personal approach, the need to search for hidden co -maintenance of conflicts, struggle With evil in his conflicts with good. The structure and content of the proposed textbook reflect the results of the application of a systemic submit to the study of conflicts. The work presents 153 schemes, drawings and tables that reveal the content of all sections of conflictology as a discipline. The textbook is intended for students studying the course of conflictology, graduate students, university teachers, conflicts-practitioners, all who are interested in the problem of preventing and resolving social and intra-decent conflicts.
