The training manual discusses the theoretical and empirical foundations of childhood neuropsychology. The subject and tasks of clinical and differential neuropsychology of childhood are described. A neuropsychological analysis of disorders of mental functions, mental development, behavior, the cause of which are organic brain damage, as well as minimal brain dysfunctions, considered as a result of residual manifestations of impaired nervous system in early ontogenesis. A separate section is devoted to neuropsychology of individual differences in childhood. A description of the methods of neuropsychological diagnosis and correction is given.
