About the book
Professor of positive psychology at Harvard University, Sean Eikor talks about how to reveal his own potential, how people around you can help and what 5 strategies need to be realized for this.

Small potential is a limited success that we achieve alone. Great potential is what we can achieve together.

In the world of acute competition and individual achievements, success for us is measured by the ratio of victories and errors. We strive to first come to the finish line. We want to stand out, especially against the background of other people"s miscalculations and failures. Endless struggle exhausts, enhances anxiety and tension.

Sean Eikor shows the best and effective approach, how to unlock the hidden sources of potential in ourselves and, unexpectedly, in other people. Based on research conducted under his leadership in 50 countries, he convincingly shows that success and happiness are not competitive sports. They are completely dependent on how active and useful the network of our contacts is, how we relate to each other and what we learn from each other.

The author offers a new path to prosperity in the modern world through five strategies:

1. Be generous to praise. This is a renewable resource for you and infinitely important for your environment. No one shines alone, remember this.

2. Stop comparing yourself with others. This devastates and deprives you of strength.

3. Surround yourself with different people who will positively influence you.

4. Try to give, and not just take and solve problems at someone else"s expense.

5. Give yourself selectively and do not spray to everyone.

Seyte seeds "great potential", so you can achieve more, find happiness and meaning of life.
