About the book
One simple advice for every day, bringing you closer to feel happy.
The structure of this book is extremely simple: on each page you will find a simple advice that will help you on the way to happiness, health, wisdom and longevity. The tips are very different: about how to lose weight, less worry, get friends more tightly, or from time to time to relax from digital technologies. They are designed for everyone, regardless of gender and age, but for sure some tips will cause you a greater response than others. On each of the 365 pages there will be something new, so if some advice does not help you or is it just not what you need at the moment, pass it calmly and read the next one. Follow the advice in order - and indeed to follow all the advice in the book is not necessary: this is just a selection of small recommendations, use them at your discretion.

From the author
During the work by the observer of the heading of health in the New York Times, Prevention, Health and other publications, I asked hundreds of specialists about what the secret of a healthy and happy life is. Scientists, yogis, psychologists and many others answered my questions equally - enthusiastically. Everyone is ready to share their knowledge and observations and hope that their secrets will not remain the property of scientific magazines, but will reach the general public, which will be most useful. But often in an interview for a magazine column, I get so much valuable information that it would be enough for several articles. And a few years ago, I began to write down these simple but very effective advice in a separate notebook and apply them in everyday life: I gradually changed food habits, loved to cook, began to get more from yoga and learned to relax better - and all this is gradually, Without violence against yourself, step by step. Noticing how my habits, worldview, life priorities have changed, I realized that these tips would help change my life for the better not only to me, but also to many others. With this thought, I started working on the book.

For whom this book
For everyone who wants to change for the better every day.
