Art Kukhnya: Magic recipes

The scientific and methodological manual contains a system of exercises, tests, recommendations that are effective for developing the psychological culture of people and increasing the level of their psychological health through the use of the potential of different types of art. The manual is the quintessence of the 10-year experience of the author in the field of practical art therapy. The described exercises were developed (adapted) by the author and trainers in the creative laboratory 00 “East Ukrainian Association of Art Therapy”, as well as partially borrowed from other authors (their names are indicated) and modified by us. All exercises were tested at the training course “Theory and practice of art therapy: basic course” and are its methodological component.
