Aggression and character. A telephysical psychotherapist"s perspective

The textbook clearly shows the current state of bodily psychotherapy (mainly bioenergy analysis of A. Lowen) on the example of working with aggression among the client. The topic is revealed through a description of the work strategy depending on the structure of the client’s character. Four main scenarios of manifestation of aggression in bodily therapy were identified, on the example of which the advantages of a particular tactic are demonstrated. For each nature and script, indications and contraindications for specific methods of bodily work and psychological intervention are given. For the first time in bodily psychotherapy, the specifics of the treatment of aggression in the transfer and counter -experts are described.
