You can evade reading the book, but you can not evade the problem. The problem is that everyone will have to die. Worse, almost everyone has to accompany the closest - in this case ignorance and helplessness are not just harmful and miserable: they are immoral. Death is the same great event as birth. And preparation for it, dying, is the same full -fledged part of being as childhood. There are no secondary, not important stages of life, each stage is rich in its own way. And if we turn away from the dying, depriving them of the last wealth - mental communication, we must be prepared for the fact that our descendants will also come with us.
