This book is about an important law of communication - reciprocity, which is rarely given attention. The authors offer an original perspective, combining the results of research in zoopsychology, neurolinguistics, linguistics, psychology, and psychotherapy. They use a linguistic interpretation of verbal and non-verbal behavior of communication partners in examples of dialogues in the family, therapy sessions, and work environments.
