Lev Semenovich Vygotsky (1896–1934) - a key figure in Russian psychology and pedagogy.
In the book "Psychology of Art," the author analyzes various forms of art from the perspective of an objective-analytical method. It is in this method that the focus is not on the author and the viewer, but on the artwork itself. Vygotsky particularly carefully analyzed the fables of Krylov, Shakespeare's play "Hamlet," and the story "Light Breath" by I. Bunin.
