The manual is devoted to modern foreign theories of motivation for achievement, practically not presented to the present in Russian. The main attention is paid to the consideration of a sociocognitive approach. The book analyzes and summarizes new theoretical concepts and experimental data, which have become scientific use in recent decades of the rapid development of the psychology of motivation.
