The book is devoted to the problem of preventing psychoactive substances and often related to this disease with parenteral HIV and hepatitis C. Solution of this problem is impossible without understanding the psychological mechanisms and factors defining and structuring the behavior of patients with socially significant diseases.
The book provides the results of the authorized psychological study on psychoactive substances at various stages of its formation. Motivational, value-semantic and personal resources on the stages of single random samples, abuse (episodic use) and the dependence of their dependence and the assessment of their contribution to the development of the disease is given. Analysis of the features of the inner pattern of the disease is also given in various types of dependence and with its combativity with parenteral infections. A psychological model of the prevention of the diseases under consideration is proposed as part of the general strategy of preventive work.
The publication is designed for specialists involved in prevention and treatment of addiction, primarily on medical (clinical) psychologists, doctors, social workers and teachers
