Psychoanalytic theories of development

On the basis of a thoughtful and scrupulous analysis of a variety of psychoanalytic and other theories of children"s development, an attempt was made to trace the relationship of all the development aspects allocated by these theories offered by the metapsychological structures, as well as clinical phenomena and empirical facts. The authors managed to show that different indicators of development can be integrated into a single system of understanding, which opens the way to create a scientifically based general theory of psychoanalysis.
The book will be interesting not only as a tutorial in which various views on the problem of development systematically presented, but as addressed to those skilled in the art, valuable by its deep heuristic approach to one of the most difficult psychology problems
