The book substantiates the legitimateness of the mental psychology as a reflection of reality and the regulator on this basis of behavior and activities. As the answer to the question, which should be reflected in the psyche so that the behavior and activities are successful, the system of the main traditional concepts of general psychology is built. The idea of the structural and dynamic functional system of mental reflection and regulation of behavior and activities consisting of 7 basic subsystems (cognitive, urgent motivational, emotional, mnemic, communicative, activation-energy, central integrative) was put forward.
The idea of the brain activity is put forward as reflective in its essence, a monistic solution of a psycho-physiological problem is proposed in the spirit of Spinoza philosophy. The concepts of the concepts of the psyche and consciousness are distinguished, considerations of possible physiological mechanisms of consciousness are expressed. Action is disclosed in development
