In his new book, Yuri Mukhin starts with a critical analysis of the infamous 'Protocols of the Elders of Zion' to demonstrate the ideas about the state, politics, and economy that exist in conspiracy literature and how they confuse those interested in the topic. He then writes about what the state actually represents, on what principles it is based, and what connection exists between politics and economics. Not content with theoretical constructs, the author provides examples from the lives of Western states and our country, focusing in particular on the analysis of liberalism in the past and present, and the influence of this political-economic trend on Russia. In the final part of the book, Y. Mukhin discusses how to create a state and economy that will meet Russian national interests.
