The work is devoted to the most difficult problems of the criminal law of state power. It defines the mechanism of such protection and the issues of its social conditionality are investigated, the characteristics of the symptoms of crime are given: encroachment on the life of a public or public figure, encroachment on the life of a person who performs justice or a preliminary investigation, threat or violent action in connection with the implementation of justice or prior investigation , disrespect for the court, slander in relation to the judge, the jury, the prosecutor, the investigator, the person who produces inquiry, the bailiff, encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer, the use of violence against the authority, insults to the representative of the authorities.
The need substantiates the need for independent criminal law protection of the head of state - President of the Russian Federation. In this regard, its conceptual foundations are shown and the theoretical model of the corresponding head of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is proposed.
Legislation is provided as of September 1, 2015 for teachers, researchers, graduate students and students of legal universities
