This monograph explores ways to protect intellectual copyright through civil law methods. The author suggests improvements to these methods based on the achievements of domestic and foreign legal doctrines and judicial practices. The monograph discusses the shortcomings of current legislation regarding copyright protection: the lack or incompleteness of definitions, conditions, and deadlines for applying civil law methods of protection, as well as the uncertainty and inconsistency of a number of its provisions. The author analyzes judicial practices in applying civil law methods to protect violated or contested copyright, aiming to address the shortcomings of current legislation. The monograph is intended for practicing lawyers.
