Protection of equipment of substations from electromagnetic impulse

The practical aspects of protecting the electrical equipment of substations on the example of microprocessor relay protection devices (MURZ) and power transformers from the destructive effects of the electromagnetic impulse of the high -altitude nuclear explosion and other types of intentional electromagnetic destructive influences, the equipment for which have intensively develop and improved in recent years are considered.
