The rapidly developing civil turnover, the complication of social relations, and the changing market conditions require the protection of participants in civil legal relationships from various encroachments, strengthening the stability of property turnover, and creating safe conditions for the development of entrepreneurship. The relevance of this study is due to the fact that a comprehensive civil law concept of ways to protect civil rights has not yet been formed in doctrine, and the existing legal regulation poses certain difficulties in choosing effective ways of protection. The study aims to develop general provisions on the protection of subjective civil rights, systematize ways of protecting civil rights based on a single system-forming criterion, and classify ways of protecting civil rights. The monograph is intended for researchers, teachers, graduate students, students of law schools and faculties, and practicing lawyers.
