The book examines the relationship between work and procedures for individualizing land plots with the lawsuits of rights to land. Based on the analysis of the provisions of various departmental acts, federal laws, the content of documents on the integrity of land plots, as well as judicial practice, is given description, generalization, identification and classification of land lawsuits. Critically analyzes the state of the language and the terminological apparatus of solutions of courts for land disputes. The book includes a dictionary of official specialized terms and concepts describing different stages of land survey - establishment (recovery), consolidation, clarification and coordination of borders.
