The book is the result of a systemic study, which presents the vision of the author of the state and the prospects for the development of heat supply systems in Ukraine, formed on the basis of the study of international experience and the peculiarities of the development of the heat supply market in Ukraine.
The book sets out the basics of regulating the heat supply markets, the most common models of the organization of these markets in the world and recommendations on the optimal model for Ukraine were structuring the institutional model of the heat supply market in Ukraine, existing problematic issues in this area were analyzed and possible ways were proposed. Their permits, the pros and cons of the use of centralized and decentralized heat supply systems as a technological platform for market development are presented with the basic principles and mechanisms of tariff policy, the evaluation of its role in the development of heat supply systems is given, an analysis of the possibilities of modernizing heat supply systems in Ukraine using the mechanisms of public private partnership.
A book can be used by representatives of public authority, scientists, civil society institutions as a scientific and practical toolkit in the development, discussion and implementation of the Ukrainian heat supply strategy and improving legislation in the respective areas
