This monograph is a scientific research work carried out within the framework of the implementation of the strategic academic leadership program 'Priority-2030' (Competence Center 'ECOLAW'), the goal of which is to establish over 100 progressive universities in Russia as centers for scientific, technological, and research support of the country. It consolidates and combines the scientific research of participants of a round table conducted by the Department of Organization of Judicial and Prosecutor's Investigative Activities of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) on April 7, 2023, as part of the X Moscow Legal Forum on the topic 'Prosecutorial Supervision over Compliance with Legislation in the Environmental Protection Sphere: New Aspects'. The legislation is current as of June 2023. The monograph can be used in the educational process of higher education, including in the training of masters, specialists, and is also of interest to scientific and practical workers.
