Liam and Rachel are aliens from the future, employees of the Royal Institute of Narrow-Specialized Physics. They are sent back to the year 1815 after it becomes known that the great writer Jane Austen created not six, but seven novels. But the seventh - previously considered unfinished - she completed and... destroyed. Now Liam and Rachel not only need to gain the trust of Jane Austen and her family, but also somehow steal the novel before she destroys it.
However, dealing with the past is not so simple for the future, and Liam and Rachel encounter not only unforeseen difficulties related to the social conventions of that time. Gradually, they begin to question more and more whether it is ethical to play with time - even if not only an unknown novel by Jane Austen is at stake, but also her life.
