Production of welded structures

The textbook is intended to study the subject "production of welded structures" and is part of the educational-methodical kit in the specialty "welding production".
The general issues and development of technologies for the manufacture of welded structures are considered. The main types of technological operations, examples of assembly and welding devices and technological equipment, the procedure for choosing welding modes for different methods of welding with melting are given. The features of the production of typical welded structures are described: beam, frame and lattice structures, oversized containers and structures, vessels operating under pressure, welded pipes, pipelines, corps structures and welded parts of machines.
It can be used in the development of the professional module PM.01 "Preparation and implementation of technological processes for the manufacture of welded structures" in the specialty of 150415 "Welding production".
