The book discusses the competence of the Arbitration Court to resolve disputes related to participation in the joint-stock company. Separately, the author stops on discussion issues of determining the controversy of disputes with the participation of persons engaged in the management of the management bodies of the joint-stock company or their members.
The possibilities of alternative forms of resolving disputes related to participation in a joint-stock company are analyzed, and the conditions for addressing alternative forms of resolving such disputes (on the example of arbitration proceedings and mediation).
